are the modes of payment & delivery charges for local customers, who do not have
Credit Terms? |

local orders, you may choose to pay by Cash or Cheque. And delivery is FREE for
any purchases (above SGD20) within Singapore. |

are the modes of payment & handling charges for overseas customers? |
| | | | All
payments are to be made by Bankdraft or Telegraphic Transfer before delivery of
orders. Should there be any indent orders, a 50% downpayment is required upon
confirmation of order.
For payments made by Bankdraft, the handling charges
will be waived. For payments made by Telegraphic Transfer, the minimum handling
charge is SGD30, or 1% of the total order value (whichever is greater). |

are the overseas shipping charges? |
| | | | DHL,
FEDEX & EMS Speedpost are the usual courier services that we engage for all overseas
shipping. The shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of items
purchased. This will vary with the destination of delivery. The minimum shipping
charges is SGD30 and this does not include any import or custom duties imposed
by the destination country's authorities, which shall be borne by customers. However,
if you preferred to have us deliver your orders to your nominated forwarder in
Singapore, delivery is FREE. |

is the pricing policy? |

overseas orders, you will not be charged for the Goods & Services Tax(GST) if
shipment is made by any courier services listed above or by your nominated forwarder.
However, if your order is self collected by your goodself, a 5% GST will be charged. |
